Trophies

Please allow at least 10 business days for trophy orders over 50 in quantity or 100 medals in quantity.

For small orders under the above quantities, please allow 5 business days. Small orders may be able to be done in a shorter period of time. Please contact us to confirm.

Any errors that are the fault of the proprietors, will be amended free of charge. If the error is the fault of the buyer, appropriate costs will be incurred.

Payment

Payment of orders must be completed either prior to or at time of collection of the order.

A 10% deposit is required at the time of order.

You can pay by either cash, cheque (with appropriate ID), credit card (we accept Mastercard and Visa) or EFTPOS.
